In many instances, a law firm needs an outside litigator because one of the attorneys drafted a will that is now in dispute. The original attorney cannot be a witness or an attorney in the will contest proceeding. The role of Rodney J. Mason, Ltd. is to resolve the dispute quickly by the most effective method and return the file to the original firm.
